I recently met someone who helped with 120 rental units. I was amazed to find out the standard rent there is $1700/mo. I quickly realized the tenants are paying someone's mortgage!
Watch The Golden Knights Win This Afternoon With 11587 Of Your Best Friends FREE
We just have to ground the Jets and we are off to the Stanley Cup!
The Western Conference Finals start at 4 pm today. If you don't have tickets to see the action live in Canada, then here are two options to watch the game with 11,000 of your new best friends. Both are FREE, my favorite four-letter word.
Option 1: The Henderson Pavilion
Gates open at 2. You can sit in the surprisingly comfy seats or bring a blanket and watch from the grassy lawn.
If you have never been to an event at the Henderson Pavilion, it's a worthy venue for any Knight. The main ampitheater is dug deep into the ground. A 40,000 square foot canopy shields the seats from the blaring Vegas sun. And the lawn provides a great vantage point too.
There will be food trucks on site. The City of Henderson is providing a DJ who will also emcee games during those boring hockey commercial while the locals are enjoying the antics of Mark Shunnock when the games are here.
It's like a Las Vegas Super Bowl party except this is hockey and it's May!
Option 2: The Downtown Events Center sponsored by the D Las Vegas
The Downtown Watch Zone host the Vegas Golden Knights Viewing Party presented by the D Las Vegas. Catch all the action on its monster 72-foot HD LED video wall and thundering stadium audio. (Almost as loud as the T-Mobile crowd.) Seating is free but like in Henderson, food and beverages are on you.
Doors open at 2:30.
Either way, a great way to spend the afternoon. Go Knights Go!
