About Thomas

Tom is a licensed Realtor in Las Vegas, a two-time graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Journalism and an MBA with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and has more than two decades experience in the corporate world at multiple Fortune 500 high tech companies in executive sales and leadership roles, with more than $150M in career sales achievements at the highest level. Tom has also bought/sold more than $10M of his own real estate, while owning and operating multiple rental properties across two states. 

Tom has deep experience as an active real estate investor, and can help you realize your own dreams of owning everything from luxury property to short term rentals to monthly or long term rentals, having done it hands on himself. He owns and operates 7 doors of his own, and is an LP investor in five multifamily syndication projects around the US including boutique hotels and large apartment buildings. 

Tom partners closely with top real estate tax professionals and cost segregation experts to help his clients maximize their return on investments and take advantage of all available tax benefits related to owning and managing property. He also has close connections with some of the best contractors and vendors in town, if doing fix and flips or remodeling is part of your project scope. 

Primary focus on luxury listings and investors with a bespoke, white glove approach.
