G. Ryan Vega has been in the real estate industry since 2009. He has over 15+ years of experience in the Las Vegas market and has helped develop past companies like Las Vegas Investments and Realty, Inc. into a full-service residential and commercial Real Estate and Property Management company. Mr. Vega understands the unique needs of Real Estate investors and especially out-of-state Landlords. He currently has over 100+ residential rental properties with various Investor partnerships. The real estate industry is complex and ever-changing, which is why it’s important for buyers, investors, sellers and landlords to be confident in the advice of their trusted real estate agent. 

Josephine Vega has been with eXp Realty for many years.  Before eXp, Mrs. Vegas was a  Business advisor and marketing executive for Las Vegas Investments & Realty (LVIR) since 2011. Before becoming an advisor for LVIR, Ms. Vega was an active investor and facilitator of multiple residential and commercial land development projects with various business partners worth over 20 million dollars. Her projects included land development and re-zoning for 30+ units on a 5 acre parcel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Vega retained and collaborated with several consultants such as land-use zoning experts, attorneys, various engineers, political county commissioners, architects and general contractors. In addition, Ms. Vega also helped develop a mid-rise luxury condominium in Portland, Oregon through a joint venture partnership with a private company and the land owners. Ms. Vega also grew up in the restaurant business in downtown San Francisco, CA. at an early age of 10 years old. She was exposed to the many facets of running and managing two restaurants with her family for many years.
