No one. That's why no one I know gets behind the wheel without turning on their Google maps or Waze app to avoid the congestion.
Now the folks at the Nevada Department of Transportation have gone granular. They just released a smart phone app to help Vegas drivers negotiate the nightmare called Project Neon (the $1 billion project widening I-15). The app features an interactive project map with detailed road closures and construction activity. Of course, their web site has always had this 411, but phones are easier, right?
You can get real-time traffic report alerts if you sign up for them.
The Smith Centerlinks to the Project Neon website because the construction impacts getting to the concert venue on time. Much appreciated by moi!
As any serial remodeler knows, you have to struggle through the mess to get improvement. One day driving the 15 and the 95 will be a pleasure. Right now thank goodness we have apps to get us through in the meantime.

"Hey Jake, working with you has been fantastic. You really helped make the stressful burden of buying a house a breeze! My wife and I were always impressed by the speed at which you could obtain information to any of our questions. Even helping us find someone trustworthy to get estimates for pool equipment. We can't thank you enough for helping us find the house with the layout we wanted in the area we wanted and making the purchase process so easy!
